Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and that any racket rubbers have not been glued or cut.

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your invoice with the RMA number clearly marked.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement items within 3-5 business days.
